Privacy policy
In short: we keep your email address only to tell you when Clipory opens. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it, and we delete it whenever you ask.
Who we are
Clipory is a product of ALIRUXIA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, VAT ID RO24840390, with its registered office at Str. Barnova nr. 1, Șcheia, Suceava County, Romania. We are the controller of your data. You can write to us anytime at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the early access list.
- Your video link, if you pasted one on the page before signing up. We use it only to make your clips at launch.
- The sign-up date and your country, detected automatically, without storing your full IP address.
- How you found us (for example, the ad you clicked), so we know which ads work.
Visit statistics. We count page visits without cookies and without storing your IP address: from your IP and browser we compute an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you. We keep only the day, the source of the visit and this code. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit the page (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Why we use it
To tell you when access opens and, if you gave us a link, to prepare your clips from it. We don’t send you ads for other products.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR), which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches and at most 12 months after that if you don’t create an account. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do so within 30 days.
Who else sees it
The data is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which runs our website and database. Cloudflare processes it only on our behalf and complies with the GDPR, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU. We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
This page uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Fonts and videos are hosted by us, and nothing is loaded from Google or Facebook. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to protect the site against attacks.
Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- to correct it or ask us to delete it;
- to restrict or object to its processing;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before;
- to complain to your national data protection authority; in Romania, the ANSPDCP.
For any of these, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
When the app launches, this policy will be updated for accounts, payments and videos. We’ll email you before that happens.
